It was so windy so I experimented with slow shutter speeds hoping for the best as the flowers swayed in the breeze.
I love the result...
The Color Purple
HAPPY EARTH DAY!
Ahhh, the color purple…just as beautiful to me as the pink flowers I posted a couple days ago.
I’m in love with Macros. There is something so serene and peaceful about the soft lines and the silky bokeh!
I can’t wait to buy some of these macros on canvas and hang them around my new home...

Spent some time at Colonial Park with the Nikon 105mm VR in the botanical garden.
Unfortunately hardly anything was in bloom so I photographed whatever I could find.
