Amusement! | New Jersey Photographer

I was over at Mike Palmer’s blog and his recent Victorian Gardens post reminded me that I completely forgot to share some of the photos that I took with him of the same area in Central Park.  I edited them before my move and after that it totally slipped my mind to share them.

I love the way the HDR makes the sky & clouds look as well as the way it made the colors of the amusement park pop!

This shot is a panoramic – you can click on it to view it larger to see the details:

I love the perspective of the amusement park from the edge of these rocks with the skyline behind it!

Same scene as above but a little closer…

Love how you can see the sun rays in this photo!

In this photo my favorite part is the texture of the walkway which overlooks the amusement park.

Andy - Buildings have a real 3D feel. Nicely done.

Kevin Mullins - This images look incredible on my big monitor – the sheer size of the buildings just pops out of the screen. Great work.

Sue - It’s interesting to compare your shots with Mike’s. I’ve always found it interesting how two photographers/artists can work the same scene and come out with such diverse work. I think #3, #5, and #6 are my personal favorites (if I have them numbered correctly) but, as always, all are nice.
