Mommy & Me | New Jersey Children’s & Family Portrait Photographer

When I was in Indiana at the beginning of the month Julie ( and I had a few photo sessions during my visit.  On this particular day Julie photographed some portraits of me and then when we were finished I turned the camera on her (and Emmy).

Most of the photos sessions I’m hired for last about 2 hours in total.  That gives us ample time for changing of clothes, feedings for babies, or a couple minutes down time in between for toddlers who need a break from all of the action.

The thing I love about this session is that it was the “mini-est” session that I’ve ever had – that produced the most beautiful and “full of love” photos that I could have ever imagined.   I never had so much fun in 10 minutes!

We were “serious,” “posey,” “playful,” and “some kind of creatures with claws!”   There was definitely a lot of “upside down” and “tickling” moments to get all of the laughter and smiles!  What fun we had out in the field behind Julie’s sister’s house!!  If I had that field behind my house I think I’d invite everyone over for sessions in my yard!!

I thank my best friend for inviting me into her home and making me feel like family.

You know I love the sun flare!!

Melts your heart!

It was hard to catch this little cutie still!

And lastly, I couldn’t resist including this one (test shot believe it or not) of Julie.  What a gorgeous beauty!  Look how pretty her eyes are!!!

Check out my new toy…videos by Animoto.  If you haven’t seen enough of the session above and you’d like to enjoy more of these special moments check it out!

Sue - Lots of fun and laughter captured in these. I especially liked the de-saturated one with lots of action in the hair. And…I can certainly see you making frequent use of the Animoto video feature. ;)
